Customs Department Announcement No. 45/2568 Subject: Electronic License/Certificate Data Integration with the Department of Fisheries
The Customs Department has issued Announcement No. 45/2568 to inform about the integration of electronic license and certificate data with the Department of Fisheries before submitting customs declaration data for additional items from previous announcements.
According to Customs Department Announcement No. 131/2561 regarding electronic customs procedures for integrating data under other laws related to customs, the Director-General of the Customs Department, through the Director of the Information Technology and Communication Bureau, has issued this announcement to inform about the customs tariff codes, statistical codes, and items that require electronic license or certificate data integration through the National Single Window (NSW) system before submitting customs declaration data. The announcement is as follows:
Clause 1: The Department of Fisheries has specified the customs tariff codes and statistical codes of goods that require electronic license/certificate data integration, in addition to Customs Department Announcements No. 206/2564, 4/2565, 31/2566, and 99/2566. Details are provided in the annex of this announcement.
Clause 2: This announcement shall be effective from April 1, 2025, onwards.
