BME received certificates of SHE Project in High-Risk activities from the Ministry of Labor

Bangkok Marine Enterprises Ltd. (BME) received a certificate of excellence in the project to promote safety, occupational health, and working environment in high-risk activities (transportation) in 2023 from Mr. Pairoj Chotikasthian, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Labor, at the Occupational Safety Officer Day event at the 5th floor conference room of the Ministry of Labor on November 10, 2023.

The Department of Labor Protection and Welfare has set a requirement for businesses to apply to participate in the project “Promoting Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environment in High-Risk Activities (Transportation)” to develop businesses of land transportation and warehousing businesses with land transportation, as well as businesses with transportation in the operation of the agency to enhance the management and management of safety, occupational health and working environment in a systematic and to international standards. In this year, BME 6 offices in Bang Pakong (BBD), Bang Phra (BBPD), Ban Pho (BPD), Samrong (BSD), Gateway (BGD), and Bang Na (BND) received the award for the second year (consecutively with the award for the Safe Transportation Alliance in 2022).

The receipt of this award demonstrates the commitment of BME to effectively implement safety and occupational health systems in transportation to reduce the risk of accidents and occupational diseases and to build confidence for the company’s employees and customers.
