Inside Sales (RORO Business)

K Line (Thailand) Ltd. is looking for an Inside Sales – High & Heavy Cargo to join our sales team and support the growth of our High & Heavy Cargo business in the Ro/Ro shipping industry.

The role focuses on sales and booking management, including responding to inquiries, preparing rate quotations, tracking shipment records, and preparing comprehensive reports and analysis to support sales performance and long-term business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries from customers regarding Ro/Ro and High & Heavy Cargo shipments.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate rate quotations in a timely manner.
• Follow up on quotations and inquiries to support booking conversion and sales growth.
• Monitor daily bookings and maintain accurate sales and shipment records.
• Coordinate with customers, operations teams, regional offices, and other related parties to ensure smooth booking and shipment processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and regional colleagues to support customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve day-to-day sales-related issues in coordination with relevant parties.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and analysis to monitor sales performance and booking movements.
• Identify sales opportunities and support initiatives to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, logistics, shipping, or a related field is preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge or experience in Ro/Ro shipping, logistics, or High & Heavy Cargo is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers and colleagues.
• Good skills in data management and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business tools.
• Strong coordination and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
