Announcement No. 151/2024: Registration of Customs Operators (Amendment No. 3)
The Thai Customs Department has issued Announcement No. 151/2024 regarding the registration of customs operators. The key changes in this announcement are:
Suspension Period Extension: The suspension period for those who have not conducted customs operations has been extended from 6 months to 1 year. After this suspension, affected parties cannot carry out any customs procedures until they re-register.
Revised Application Forms: The application forms, attachments, and procedures for customs registration as outlined in previous announcements (No. 94/2021 and No. 94/2022) have been replaced. New forms and procedures are now attached to Announcement No. 151/2024.
Effective Date: This announcement takes effect from August 15, 2024 onward.
A list of importers/exporters who have not conducted customs procedures within the specified period can be found on the Customs Department’s website: https://www.customs.go.th

- Attachment A : Power of attorney form
- Attachment B : Power of attorney form for Refund Tax and duties on exported goods
- Attachment C : List of Customs broker
- Attachment D : List of employees
- Attachment E : Bank account form for Tax payment and/or refunds
- Attachment F : Request form for the Treasury Centers to manage foreign exchange
- Submission and fill out the application form procedure
