Customs Tariff Policy and Appeal Division announced the Website for Checking of Certificate of Origin (Version 3)
Customs Tariff Policy and Appeal Division of Thai Customs Department has published the announcement on July 19, 2024 to update the list of website for checking certificate of origin as follow details.
This is because the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) has changed the website to check certificates of origin issued by the authority in China, under the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA) and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP). Therefore, the Customs Tariff Policy and Appeals Division has issued the following announcement. Item 1: Cancel the announcement of the Customs Tariff Policy and Appeals Division No. 6/2023 regarding the website for verification certificates of origin (No. 2) dated 3 November 2023 and use this announcement instead. Item 2: Inform the website for checking certificates of origin that the importer can initially check the documents’ authenticity, before bringing the certificate of origin to request special customs duty privileges as follows;
2.1 The websites for checking the Certificate of Origin (Form E) are
- 2.1.1 http://origin.customs.gov.cn for Form E issued by the Customs of the People’s Republic of China.
- 2.1.2 http://check.ccpiteco.net for Form E issued by the CHINA COUNCIL FOR THE PROMOTION OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE: CCPIT until July 31, 2024
- 2.1.3 http://check.ecoccpit.net for Form E issued by the CHINA COUNCIL FOR THE PROMOTION OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE: CCPIT from August 1, 2024 onwards
2.2 The websites for checking the Certificate of Origin (Form AI and Form FTA Thai-India) are
- http://www.eicindia.gov.in (Select “Post Verification Systems” for regular forms) and
- https://coo.dgft.gov.in (for digital forms)
2.3 The websites for checking the Certificate of Origin (Form AK) are
- http://www.customs.go.kr/co.html for Form AK issued by the Customs of the Republic of Korea
- http://cert.korcham.net/search for Form AK issued by the KOREA Chamber of Commerce & Industry: KCCI
2.4 The websites for checking the Certificate of Origin,as all of the agreement, issued by the authority in Singapore (Singapore Customs) is
2.5 The websites for checking the Certificate of Origin (Form RCEP) are
- 2.5.1 http://check.ccpiteco.net for Form RCEP issued by the CHINA COUNCIL FOR THE PROMOTION OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE: CCPIT until July 31, 2024
- 2.5.2 http://check.ecoccpit.net for Form RCEP issued by the CHINA COUNCIL FOR THE PROMOTION OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE: CCPIT from August 1, 2024
Item 3: Inform the website for checking the Declaration of Origin that the importer can initially check the documents’ authenticity, before bringing the declaration of origin to request special customs duty privileges as follows;
