Job Description

  • Check PO # when received booking from vendor
  • Check schedule of vessel and booking with carrier
  • Create Pre-Shipping Advice for confirming from Consignee
  • Issued Booking Confirmation to Vendor
  • Coordinate and guide new vendor how to submit Vendor Online Booking (VOB) electronically through Century website
  • Coordinate and follow up report with stuffing yard for all empty containers which must be conducted a 7-points inspection before stuffing cargo as per Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) regulation by US customs
  • Coordinate among team and correspondence mail
  • Daily solve problem and coordinate with shipper , consignee , HK and USA agent

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female, age not over 30 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Good practical knowledge in computers
  • Experience in relation field would be advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Service-minded, target-oriented, ambitious with exceptional energy to succeed
