K Line (Thailand) Donates Old Calendars to the Educational Technology Center for the Blind
On February 7, 2025, K Line (Thailand) donated 1,216 used desk calendars to the Educational Technology Center for the Blind, under the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand under the Royal Patronage of Her Majesty the Queen. The calendars were received by the director of the center. These calendars were collected through the “Old Calendars, We Want Them” project, a collaborative effort by employees of K Line (Thailand) and its affiliates, as well as other companies in the Wall Street Tower. The project aims to promote recycling and repurpose old calendars, turning them into valuable resources. The donated calendars will be used to produce Braille learning materials for visually impaired individuals, opening up learning opportunities and educational access for them.

he company has been running the project to collect old calendars for Braille learning materials for 12 years, since 2013, with a total of over 8,196 copies collected. On behalf of the company, we would like to thank everyone who participated in collecting old calendars this time. We are delighted to be a part of sharing and helping society, especially in supporting the education of visually impaired individuals. See you in the next project.
