Vessel Operations Officer (RORO Business)

Qualifications:

• Thai Male or Female, age not over 35 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Newly graduated candidates are welcome; experience in maritime or logistics is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and service minded.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially in Excel.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and overseas colleagues.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and control vessel movement and routing as per trade’s instruction.
• Coordinate with K Line agents at each port country to verify relative plans.
• Summarize monthly cargo reports and prepare vessel accounts to analyze profit and loss.
• Monitor vessel performance, including speed, fuel consumption, and on-time schedule.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Provide updates and support to clients regarding the status of the shipments.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents involving vessels promptly and effectively.
• Communicate with Chinese maker customer, to coordinate for commercial discussion.

Location : Head Office at Wall Street tower, Suriyawong, Bang Rak, Bangkok  (BTS Sala daeng/MRT Samyan, Si-lom)
